Fast & Free FedEx 1-3 Day Shipping!

We know you're excited to receive your order quickly, so we ship within 12 hours on business days and use only FedEx. We ship from multiple warehouses strategically located around the country, and we are proud to offer fast and free FedEx 1-3 day shipping on orders to the 48 contiguous states.

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before our daily cutoff are processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed on weekends or major holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping Carrier & Service

• All orders ship via FedEx for reliable, trackable delivery.
• Standard transit time to the contiguous 48 states is 1-3 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
• Larger or oversized items (such as full robotic pool cleaners) may ship via FedEx Ground.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free FedEx shipping applies to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. Additional fees may apply for:

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• International destinations (case-by-case; please contact us before ordering)
• Expedited or guaranteed delivery upgrades

Delivery Coverage Map

Most customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their MySmartPool order within 1-3 business days of shipment. Customers closest to our fulfillment centers typically see 1-day delivery, while customers farthest away typically see 3-day delivery. Exact transit time depends on your distance from the warehouse fulfilling your order.

Tracking Your Order

• A FedEx tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your label is created.
• You can track the latest status anytime at fedex.com.
• If you don't see a tracking email within 24 business hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us so we can resend it.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If your package is:

• Lost or marked delivered but missing — contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a trace with FedEx.
• Visibly damaged in transit — refuse the delivery if possible, or accept it and contact us within 72 hours with photos of the product, the inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label.
• Dead on Arrival (DOA) — contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a no-cost replacement or repair per the manufacturer's procedures.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. MySmartPool is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to update the address before the package leaves our warehouse.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item is on backorder or out of stock after your order is placed, we'll notify you by email with the expected ship date and offer the choice of waiting, swapping for a comparable in-stock model, or canceling for a full refund.
